Director Jim Soper Jim
has been with the Alliance since 1996. He has over 22 years of experience working
in the utility field. He has held positions of meter reader up to Utilities Supervisor
and Town Manager. Jim currently holds a DSL and WT2 water certification; plus
a Class II wastewater certification from the State of Indiana. |

Training Director Alan Ash Alan
has a B. S. Degree in Agriculture from Purdue University. He has over 30 years
experience in the water/wastewater field. Alan has held various operator positions
along with serving as a Town Utility Superintendent before joining the Alliance
in 1999. Alan currently holds Class III wastewater certification; DSM and WT3
water certifications from the State of Indiana. |

Director Leigh Ann Cross Leigh
Ann is the Financial Director for the Alliance of Indiana Rural Water. She oversees
the accounting and budgeting of 7 Federal grants and an internal account. Leigh
Ann graduated with a BS in Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of
Business in Bloomington in 2002. She then went on to obtain her Master of Professional
Accountancy degree from the Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis. Leigh Ann
has been with the Alliance since October of 2003 and has also recently been involved
in coordinating the clerk / treasurer / manager training sessions. |

Water Specialist Toby Days Toby
holds a Master of Science Degree from the Forestry and Natural Resources Department
of Purdue University. Toby spent time working as a Wetland Impact Associate for
Region 5 of the Environmental Protection Agency before joining the Alliance in
2002. |

Rider- Water Joe Fraizer Joe
has over 25 years experience in the water industry. He has held several positions
with various companies before starting work with the Alliance in 2000. Joe currently
holds a DSM and WT3 water certifications from the State of Indiana. |

Rider- Water Gordon Meyer Gordon
an Air Force veteran was trained in water treatment plant operation/maintenance,
distribution systems, field water purification systems, demineralization units
and wastewater treatment/distribution systems. He then worked for two utilities
before beginning work with the Alliance in 1999. Gordon current holds a WT3 and
DSM water certification; plus a Class II wastewater certification from the State
of Indiana. |

Technician Alfred Cooper
Alfred has over 28 years of experience in the utility field. He has held several
Managers position. He worked for the Alliance of Indiana Rural Water Inc. for
three years as a water circuit rider. He currently holds a Class II Wastewater
Treatment Plant Operator Certification, and WT4 & DSM Water Treatment Plant
and Distribution Operators Certification. And is registered with the State of
Indiana to test back-flow prevention devises. |

and Public Relations Director Laura Vidal
Laura Vidal is the Marketing & Public Relations Director for the Alliance.
She started working for the Alliance in April 2005. Laura graduated from the Indiana
University Kelley School of Business in Indianapolis in 2002 with high distinction.
She is an active breast cancer advocate, and has been involved in the American
Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer since 1998, and the Susan
G. Komen Race for a Cure since 2003. |
