CEU Submittal Instructions for submitting the “Indiana Source Water Protection Guide to Developing a Source Water Protection Program” for CEU credits: Create a new account including your Login (which should be your first and last name), Operator ID #, and current contact information. Then login to the program. Read through each unit and all sections within each unit. A word of advice here, the CD-ROM software automatically records the time it takes you to go through each section and compares your time with the average time it takes the normal user to go through the section. Therefore, if your time is substantially less than the estimated average time, IDEM will assume that you just clicked through the section without thoroughly reading it and will not credit you with the CEUs. This information will show on your accounts logbook. See the “ SW CD Logbook Example” document for an example of a logbook printout. Once you have went through all of the Sections within the 5 Units on the CD-ROM you will want to click on the “LogBook” tab near the top of the menu page to review the completion status of all the unit sections. When all the sections show that they have been fully completed you will want to print out your logbook. Review the Logbook printout to make sure all of the information is correct and legible.
