Upcoming Classes

Alliance of Indiana Rural Water offers training classes for water and wastewater operators, as well as classes for clerk treasurers, utility boards & councils and utility managers.  Unless otherwise specified all classes have been approved or are pending approval for water or wastewater contact hours by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM).  IDEM approved classes meet the Indiana State Board of Engineers criteria for professional development hours (PDHs).

Water classes are in light blue. 
Wastewater classes are in green. 
Dual Certified classes are in red. 
Events are in dark blue.

Whether your preference is diaphragm or peristaltic, learn about operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of these workhorses of water treatment. You will also be able to deter-mine which pumps will work best in your application and which pumps to avoid. Also, we will discuss calcu-lating doses and setting the controls of the equipment. This class also involves a hands on operation and maintenance section of popular chemical feed pumps.
