Continuing Education Hours / Sessions
All sessions will this year will be staggered
by track (water, wastewater & administrative). What this means is if you need the maximum number of contact hours you'll need to choose a track. Yes, you can still chose to go to classes in different tracks, however with the staggered times you'll cut down of the maximum number of hours you can receive. (Partial credit will not be given if you come into a class that's already in progress.)
In order to receive credit for attending classes, you will need to have your name badge scanned prior to each class and at the end of each class.
You will be able to earn up to 10 continuing education hours for both water & wastewater licenses.

Name Badges / Registration Packets
This year we will be mailing your name badges in advance of the conference in an effort to cut down on congregation at the information desk. CEU forms will be available in the classrooms. Also a limited number of printed programs will be available on-site throughout the venue. So, make sure to download the conference mobile app & bring your name tag with you to the event.
Make sure you download the Conference App!
The app will be extra important this year since we won't be able to convene all together in one room AND this is where we will announce the winners of the Sportsman's Raffle prizes as well as the shotgun and the Kindle Fire. It will provide you with the latest updates about our event, keeping you informed and connected. Use this app to access resources, network with other attendees, and share your experience at our event.
BONUS! When you are active on the app - by posting pictures, commenting, etc., you'll rack up points. The attendee with the most points at 3:00 pm on Thursday will win $100!*
(Points will begin accumulating 5/18/2020 at noon.)

Prizes & Gifts
Included with your name badge will be several tickets. One will be for you to claim your free conference t-shirts in the Exhibit hall during breaks at the Alliance booth. Another will be a free ticket you can use for the Sportsman's Raffle. The third one will be for a drawing for a Kindle Fire.
YES! We are planning to have the Sportsman's Raffle this year in the exhibit hall. These will be the same amazing prizes that you have become accustomed to at our conferences for the WaterPAC Sportsman's Raffle. Make sure to redeem your free ticket from your registration packet! Because of the staggered session schedule we won't have everyone in the exhibit hall all at the same time. We will still do the drawings throughout the conference; however, we will announce the winners in the mobile app, as well as on a flip chart in the exhibit hall. Because you need to be present to claim the grand prize, we will draw another entry if it's not claimed in the certain time frame (set at the event).
Regional Water Taste Test
Our first regional taste test will be held at the Spring Conference. Systems may choose to compete in ANY of the regional competitions. Submissions MUST NOT have any major violations of bacteriological testing or chemical monitoring for two years prior to the Taste Test. Winners from each region will advance to compete in the “Best Tasting Water in Indiana” at our annual Fall Conference, October 20th, 2021 in Fort Wayne, IN. (regional winners will receive one free fall conference registration.)
