This is a combination of 2 classes. Attendees may elect to attend only the am class, only the pm class or both. Attendance will be taken at the start of each class.

Traffic Control (am) - During any time the normal function of a roadway is suspended, temporary traffic controls must be put in place. This course will identify the human factors involved, needed items for traffic control, traffic control set-ups, and the do's and don'ts of flagging.

Trench Excavation (pm) - In this course, attendees will learn about various standardized construction practices, based on OSHA standards, for identifying and correcting hazards. This course will also break down specific techniques to use when working with equipment in an excavation.
