How to Deliver Great Customer ServiceThis course has been developed for those who communicate with the customer on a daily basis and those that manage customer service operations in mind. From front desk staff to meter readers to management, every utility professional that speaks to a customer can benefit from this interactive and practical training program.
Topics covered will include the importance of customer service at every level, the basics of human interactions, communication skills required for good customer service including those with the difficult customer, emerging issues in customer service, technology that can be employed to assist with improved customer service, and basic utility system operations that every staff member should know.
Preparing for Sanitary Survey Inspections (pm) - A Sanitary Survey has been scheduled at your utility. What should you do to prepare? This course will address what to expect from a sanitary survey and what you can do prior to your sanitary survey to aid in preventing significant deficiencies from being identified at your system.
