2026 Advisory Council – Nominations Now Open
The AIRW Associate Member Advisory Council is made up of seven elected members, along with the two Associate Member representatives serving on the AIRW Board of Directors. The Council provides feedback and recommendations to the association, particularly regarding events, training programs, conference booth assignments, and other matters affecting AIRW’s Associate Members.
Three Advisory Council seats are available in the 2026 election. The positions are currently held by:
- Grant Kissel, Indiana Pump Works
- Lee Melling, Ortman Drilling
- Brandon Butrum, Layne Christensen — appointed to complete the remainder of an existing term
Advisory Council members serve three-year terms, beginning January 1 following the election and ending December 31 of the third year. After completing a term, members must sit off the Council for one year before running again, unless no other eligible candidate applies for the position.
All companies represented on the Advisory Council must be AIRW Associate Members in good standing. The election will take place during the 2026 AIRW Fall Conference.
