Alliance Scholarship Program

Each year, the Alliance of Indiana Rural Water Associations recognizes outstanding students through its scholarship program. The Alliance hosts a Clay Shoot & Golf Outing for the Scholarship Program to raise funds. The Alliance will award five scholarships to eligible applicants in 2027.

Applications are due by Friday, January 29, 2027.

*Recipients must be dependents of an Alliance voting member, which are small and large water and wastewater utilities located throughout the state of Indiana. Eligible applicants must be a citizen or legal resident of the United States, a resident of the state of Indiana, and a dependent child of a voting member of the system employee. Our scholarships are open to high school seniors and recent graduates (within the past year) who are entering their first year of post-secondary education. Scholarship awards are presented during the AIRW Spring Conference in French Lick each year.
