2026 Operator Expo North - Demonstrator & Sponsor Registration

Our one-day Expos are demonstration-focused events featuring live demos and hands-on displays designed to educate utility professionals. A separate registration is required for each event (Expo South and Expo North).

Demonstrations may be 30 minutes or 1 hour in length and will be presented repeatedly throughout the day to small groups of attendees. After registering, please complete the form linked in your registration confirmation email to provide your demo title, demo length, and any additional requirements such as access to water or electricity. All demo registrations include three company representatives and lunch.

Don’t have equipment to demonstrate but still want to attend? The Tabletop or Non-Demonstrating Vendor option is a great fit. Vendors must provide their own table. This option includes two company representatives and lunch and can be selected on the registration form.

BOOST Your Visibility—Register for a Sponsorship! Add-on sponsorship opportunities are available at the bottom of the pricing tab. Want to sponsor but can’t attend? No problem! Simply select the Sponsorship Only option. Please note that no attendees are included with the Sponsorship Only registration.

Cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations made 2 weeks or less from event date.
