This session provides an overview of the 2025 Certification Manual, with a focused review of key regulatory and operational requirements for certified operators. Participants will examine updated Rules and Regulations, the proper use and completion of Monthly Reporting of Operations (MRO) forms, and best practices for DMR documentation and reporting. The course emphasizes compliance, accuracy, and understanding the regulatory expectations that guide daily operations and statewide reporting responsibilities.
