This session will cover all aspects of Sludge Digestion and Solids Handling, including Aerobic and Anaerobic Sludge Digestion. It will focus on the bacteria and environments needed for those bacteria for both types of digestion, as well as the byproducts from them. The solids handling portion will include dewatering drying and storing biosolids using gravity belt thickeners, dissolved air flotation (DAF), sand drying beds, vacuum filters and much more.
