Wastewater Lab & DMRQA - Online Only

This session will cover the key laboratory tests commonly performed at a wastewater treatment plant, including methods for analyzing pH, ammonia, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, total suspended solids, total solids, volatile solids, E. coli, CBOD, and CBOD seeding. It will also address lab safety practices, proper sampling procedures, storage and preservation requirements, as well as documentation and troubleshooting of lab issues.

Attendees will review essential laboratory calculations and gain an understanding of DMRQA testing requirements, including the equipment needed to prepare samples efficiently, methods for testing samples of unknown strength, CBOD testing strategies, common sources of errors, and proper reporting procedures.
