Alliance of Indiana Rural Water Hosts 2025 Scholarship Fundraising Events

The Alliance of Indiana Rural Water (AIRW) once again brought members and supporters together this fall for its annual Scholarship Fundraising Events—two exciting days filled with sunshine, camaraderie, and community spirit. From the rolling greens of the Wood Wind Golf Club to the lively atmosphere of the Atterbury Shooting Complex, attendees enjoyed friendly competition, great food, and plenty of laughs—all to raise scholarship funds for outstanding students who are dependents of employees from member utilities.


2025 Scholarship Golf Outing

Wood Wind Golf Club – Westfield, Indiana

Under clear skies, golfers teed off for a day that perfectly combined networking and fun with a shared purpose: supporting the next generation. Participants enjoyed 18 holes on a beautiful course, complete with a boxed lunch, beverages, and snacks throughout the day, as well as a post-tournament buffet.

The competition was friendly but fierce—and the results reflected some outstanding play.

2025 Scholarship Clay Shoot

Atterbury Shooting Complex – Edinburgh, Indiana

The following month, shooters traded their clubs for shotguns at the 20th Annual Scholarship Clay Shoot. Participants gathered bright and early for pastries, coffee, and camaraderie before heading out for rounds of trap and skeet. The air was filled with friendly rivalry and good-natured banter, followed by a well-deserved lunch and awards ceremony.
