Conference Attendees Win Trips to 2026 NRWA WaterPro Conference!

The Alliance of Indiana Rural Water recognized two conference winners during the 2026 Spring Conference, held March 17–19 in French Lick, Indiana.

Chad Cutliff with Hallador Power Company was named the winner of the WaterPro Trip Giveaway.  As the raffle winner he will attend the National Rural Water Association’s WaterPro Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. He will travel in late September, with all expenses paid thanks to the generous sponsorship of Covalen and Midwestern, a CHA Company. The WaterPro Conference is widely regarded as the national “Industry Event of the Year,” offering top-tier training sessions, valuable networking opportunities, and special events for water and wastewater professionals.

The Zenner Meter Challenge was held as a featured activity during the conference, giving attendees the opportunity to test their skills in a hands-on competition.

Sierra Doty of the City of Columbia City was recognized as the winner of the Zenner Meter Challenge. Sierra will travel to WaterPro this September to represent Indiana in the national Ultimate Meter Challenge in hopes of not only claiming the title as a national champion, but to also win a fully paid trip to Hawaii and a trophy!
