Conference Attendees Win Trips to 2025 NRWA WaterPro Conference!

NRWA WaterPro Trip Winner,

Bill Jones won the all-inclusive trip for two to the 2025 National Rural Water Association’s WaterPro Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana! He will be traveling in late September—all expenses paid thanks to the generous sponsorship of Covalen and Midwestern Engineers, Inc. The WaterPro Conference is widely regarded as the national “Industry Event of the Year,” offering top-tier training sessions, networking opportunities, and special events for water and wastewater professionals.

The Spring Conference also featured the Ultimate Meter Challenge, presented by Zenner USA, which continues to be a highly anticipated event each year.

Among a field of skilled competitors from across Indiana, Daniel Blackwell claimed first place with the fastest overall time. After competing multiple times throughout the conference and advancing to the final four, Daniel showcased exceptional precision and speed to earn the top honor.

For his achievement, Daniel received a $500 cash prize and a trip to New Orleans, Louisiana, where he will proudly represent Indiana at the National Rural Water Association’s WaterPro Conference this September. The Alliance will cover Daniel’s travel expenses, while Zenner USA will provide his conference registration. At WaterPro, Daniel will compete in the national Ultimate Meter Challenge for a chance to win the grand prize—an all-expenses-paid trip to Hawaii.

Everyone at the Alliance, along with Covalen, Midwestern Engineers, and Zenner USA, is excited for Bill and Daniel to experience the 2025 WaterPro Conference. NRWA events consistently deliver high-quality training for operators, managers, and board members, as well as valuable opportunities to connect with peers and hundreds of exhibitors from across the country.
